When talk about art, three major European Art centers- Greece, Italy, and France come to my mind.
Italy has been the center of Western culture from Ancient Greece to renaissance, and Florence has emerged as the center of the Italian Renaissance with a number of famous artists Such as Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Botticelli, etc. So Italy will be the first stop on my tour of European art.
The first landmarks of the literary period were the Cathedral of Our Lady of flowers, the Uffizi, one of the four great galleries of the world, and Palazzo Pitti, Florence’s largest gallery. The influence of pre-renaissance Italy spread to many places, and then into the post-renaissance Baroque.
Most notably is Rome and this city is second stop of my trip. The ornate churches and the elaborate sculptures are typical of Rome. When it comes to Rome, Bernini is the greatest genius since Michelangelo. It is no exaggeration to say that half of Rome was built by Gian Lorenzo Bernini. Another must see place in Italy is Milan, known as the capital of fashion, because most Italian luxury brands Are influenced by Renaissance and Baroque periods.
I will make a travel plan after research and before that I will save up enough money for this trip.
